9.0 trên 10, Tuyệt vời, (1.030 nhận xét)
"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. Very firm. Not what you'd expect at a resort or better hotel. Parking charge is unreasonable. This isn't Boston or New York. Check out was easy except they texted me an hour after we had left reminding that check had been by 10:00am. I had checked out and left at 9:39am. Their message implied that we were overstaying."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only issue we experienced was the cleanliness of the room. There was lots of debris left under the all the furniture and we also came across two large roaches in the bathroom."

"There was an issue on Expedia’s side with the reservation not showing up for the front desk. The staff was very helpful and professional. The cottage was very clean and cozy and we enjoyed using the spa and pool at night. If we come back to Hemet, this will definitely be our first choice!"
