"He photos are misleading - one feels they are renting a beautiful retreat. It isn’t. The cottage is run down, with a large burn on the dining room table, holes in the sitting room ottoman, and a worn out couch that we all found incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of comfortable seating was the worst part of the stay - either one sits on the worn out couch, or the hard dining room table chairs. "The front desk staff were friendly and so helpful. The room was so large and very clean. The murphy bed was a huge hit with the kids. The walk in shower with the rain shower head was very nice! The pool was the whole reason we travelled from Edmonton, and it didnt dissapoint. The kids spent at least 3 hours each day in it, there was ample seating for those not swimming, and it was so clean and well maintained. The Jetz Lounge and the reastaurant had great food, great drinks, and very reasonsble...

"The hotel was clean and offered some snacks for an early flight. However, ourselves and another group of 3 people waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle before I finally called a cab. I was told the hotel would cover the cost but then noticed an additional $4.00 charge on my visa from the hotel which assume is for the cab from the airport to the hotel. Wasn’t impressed when arriving at 11pm and not getting to the hotel till after midnight. "

"Was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Very few places make your bed during your stay, so was quite pleased to come back after a day out and the room looks like you are just checking in again. Older inn, but very well kept."

"We were so impressed by everything! Spoiled as staff took care of us from the moment we arrived. Room was so spacious, comfortable couch, and a great bar fridge and microwave. Truly great sleep in a quiet room. The breakfast looked fantastic but we had to leave for airport before it opened. We did grab a yogurt from breakfast fridge to go with room coffee. Oh! We did Uber from a restaurant near by And the hotel has an ice cream machine!!"
