We all had the time of our lives. We all booked excursions through the desk in the lobby and every experience was top notch. I heard no complaints from anyone in our group. We tried all of the restaurants and the food & service was great. Highly recommend Grazi for Italian! "

"Towels were removed and not replaced. Had to ask for wash cloths and for tea to be replaced daily. Parking is awful, with too tight spaces, no turning radius, poor sight lines, dangerous obstacles and other hazards. I scraped my rental car on low rock at roadside that should have been cut back."

"The hotel had a great location literally on the Grand Anse Beach, across the road from a mall, supermarket and KFC. However I booked double beds and got one king size. The food was average and the room dated. There was also no charging port for 2 pronged chargers. I had a good massage. It was my 40th birthday and while I got a cake it was a goof thing I walked with my own candles. "

"The property was not prepared for guests. An event was taking place at check-in. I was welcomed to a wedding reception and very loud music. The route to the property was very dangerous - the roads are horrible for driving. The rooms need to be renovated and updated with beds, appliances, and doors. No privacy - while I was contemplating moving to another property two people walked in my room. I don't suggest the Bay House as an option for your stay"

"I genuinely enjoyed my 7 nights at Hillview Apartments. It is perfectly located to the places I needed to get to. The ladies were very helpful and assisted me with booking my Island Tour and Dinner at Dexters! The icing on the cake was definitely returning to my room the night of April 5 (my Birthday) to find a complimentary massage token on my bed! That intimate element definitely spoke volumes! I will definitely be back to the Spice Isle and I would definitely stay at Hillview again.🙏"

"DO NOT BOOK! This hotel is a fraud. The photos look nothing like the property. The property is located on a side of a mountain and completely over grown with trees and bushes.This hotel is located far from any civilization in a residential area. When we arrived there wasn't a check in desk. It took an hour to finally find someone walking around to show us our room. After traveling 18 hours, all we wanted to do is take a shower and sleep. Not possible, the faucets in the shower were broken and...
