"location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. "Property is beautiful, beach is gorgeous, rooms for the Diamond Club and perks are the best. Wouldn’t stay in the resort on any other level. The diamond club butlers are the best! This resort is the most relaxing and provides entertainment nightly. Best restaurant is the steak house! And buffet near by. We went off season! I’m guessing due to this staffing was slim and so some restaurant staff seemed rude and sassy. But they didn’t ruin our mood and relaxation."

"To start with, please keep in mind that we are talking about a 3 star hotel. I would NOT recommend going in high season. We were lucky to go at the start of low season where the hotel was not too busy. Positives: Very nice pools, one with a swim up bar. It Located on a beautiful stretch of beach with many beach chairs and umbrellas available. Not so for the main pool area. Very few umbrellas available. Nice gym and games room. The buffet food options were better than the other two restaurants....

"Great resort for our older family. Very quiet, but with everything you need. Pool areas were great, but having access to Prickly Pear island really made this place standout. We did some off resort adventures, but our best days were on Prickly Pear and hanging by the pool. We had a 4 bedroom unit and it was perfect. Would stay here again if coming to Antigua. "

"Everything was outstanding…property was beautiful and well maintained, staff were all very friendly and helpful ( special shout to Tiquesha the concierge who helped us plan all our dinner reservations and chartered snorkeling/boat trip).
