"1-minute walk to river-side, calming views from the newer part of the facility. Great buffets, although mostly Japanese food. Would like more western breakfast options at breakfast (potatoes, eggs, pancakes/waffles or even crepes, more bread options.) Overall very satisfied and would go again. "

"Everything at the hotel was amazing!!! We were a 4 minute walk to the train station. The only negative I have was that it was an hour train ride to Shabuya. There were restaurants and markets near the hotel which was very convenient as well. We enjoyed our stay here."

"Our room was nice and clean, but not good for our elder who was using a walker. The bathroom required a step up which she could not make with her walker. Doorway also had a riser that made handicap access challenging. Breakfast was so so. "

"洗練されてるとは云いがたいが従業員さんは一生懸命。 設備はは正直ボロい。隣のお客の大騒ぎが筒抜け。大浴場と露天風呂は直接行き来できない。 トイレと部屋風呂は別だが、洗面所とトイレは同じ。(和室泊) 食事は悪くない。ご飯、お茶等はセルフ。 コストパフォーマンス的には妥当な線ではないかと。"

"Booked this hotel as there was nothing else available in Saitama or at least the area of Saitama I needed to be in. I was HAPPILY surprised by the hotel and it's staff. First there is parking and a decent amount, as I'm a driver this helped a lot. The staff spoke limited English, but more then enough to get checked in. They give complimentary breakfast and beer.... The location is incredible being only steps away from Fukaya station. I will definitely be coming back. "
