"Staff was very helpful. Location was great - close both JR and Oedo Ryogoku stations. Spa was very enjoyable. Elevator waits not as bad as some reviews made them seem. Room was very small but I was traveling alone so it was no problem. Gym is a bit limited, Laundry room worked well. "
