"My room’s AC did not work properly. Maintenance had to come in at 5am as I could no longer bare the heat. Maintenance said the AC was fine when standing in a certain location. That was upsetting when the whole room should be cool. Front desk staff of morning shift said why haven’t we complained earlier…..???? We complained at 5am and they were going to change our room at that time and front desk overnight shift did not contact us. They definitely recognized that the AC unit was not working when they contacted us saying a new room will be waiting for us. Housekeeping does not knock and announce themselves!!!! Big issue!!!!!! Breakfast was good - however sucks that they didn’t allow us to bring breakfast back to the room as we wanted to have breakfast in bed. Sad to see the hotel not be like it was years ago."
