"The room was very clean and the staff was helpful, but the furniture has seen a better day and the refrigerator even had rust on the door. The safe was broken and you had to go to the front desk to get a hair dryer. And there was a gap under the door which allowed all the hallway noise to come in. "This hotel was beyond perfect. The property was impeccable and all of its amenities were out-of-this-world! The staff were the best part of the stay. Special shout out to Salvador, Carlos, Ronny and Guillermo! They made you feel like family and catered to our every need.
