"Great hotel! Easy 20 min walk to the main square, great breakfast with a large selection of food, very comfortable beds. Our original triple occupancy room wasn’t available so the hotel graciously gave us two separate rooms instead. The larger room with the king bed had a fridge. Only thing I hoped for was complimentary bottled water or a kettle in the rooms, although the lobby had tea and there was bottled water available for purchase at the desk. Overall, would recommend! "I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me...
