First they tried putting us in an appartment in the basement, with a view on the parking and street, although we booked see view. When we said we did nto accept they put us in a different (smaller) appartment with a sea view, but this took ca. 4 hours. The state of the appartment is unacceptable, with poor or broken furniture, no toilet paper, no washing up detergent and the hall constantly smelling of the parking garage...
