"The first room we were given, the ac did not work. After one hour of expecting the room to cool down, we asked to be moved to another room. The second room we were given was much better. The overall condition of the hotel was poor at best. We arrived late in the afternoon after driving all day and I was quietly walking my small dog in the hallway because it was too hot to walk outside. The Mananger of the hotel stopped me and told me I couldn’t walk in the hallway, hotel policy. I stopped and went to my room. I wasn’t bothering anyone and I thought this was a stupid policy. The continental breakfast was pathetic. No fruit or eggs or protein at all. We will never stay at this establishment again!"

"The only thing that was good about this hotel was the comfort of the beds. Amenities were not as advertised: the pool and hot tub were both not in working order; the bar was never open; and the breakfast consisted of only packaged bagels, donuts, pop tarts, coffee and juice. No milk, yogurt, waffles like the photos show there to be. There was no AC in the front lobby area, pool area, seating area for breakfast and the front doors were propped open all weekend with an industrial fan blowing in hot air. Tons of rooms had no door handles and locks, so a lot of vacant rooms. Elevator had exposed wiring in the ceiling of it. The hallway door to the stairs right next door to room 200 is so loud every time the door is used it sounds like some large item being dropped. In room 200 the safety railing is barely hanging on the shower wall. The bathroom was dirty on our arrival. Very few towels in supply, and NO soap, lotion, shampoo, etc. Thankfully we always bring our own! Three out of the four lamps in our room were not in working order. Smells of marijuana throughout the hallway. Room doors so paper thin you could hear right through them. Rubber landscaping all over the sidewalks and parking lot. Just a very dumpy place overall, not worth the money charged for the stay, would never stay here again. Very surprised that Expedia even advertises for this hotel."

"This was OK for an overnight stay. It definitely needs some maintenance, but it was overall clean. The whirpool tub was nice for a soak, but we didn’t run the motor because it was unbelievably loud. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast with some hot food items. The staff was quick with check-in and available. "

"Honestly this was a perfect choice for my daughter’s two day golf tournament. The hotel is not new but rooms have recently been updated. The only negative that I can say is that there wasn’t an iron in the room, other than that the stay was great and comfortable!"

"maintenance needed in room. Silver dollar size shower head. Desk chair was in need of repair. Biggest problem was I booked a king nonsmoking -accessible through the web site and paid for it at booking. When I arrived , we were placed in a King -non smoking regular. Not what I booked. Duty clerk said booking was for a standard not an accessible room. Stated they had already booked the accessible room for another lady. I'm not a fan of bait and switch schemes and have reasons to book an accessible room. Duty clerk said it was your fault with the booking interface. I'm the one who got burned. Not Happy.!!!"
