"Check in ab 13 Uhr war möglich, jedoch wurde uns erst ein anderes Zimmer als das gebuchte Superior-Zimmer (und bereits bezahlte) zugewiesen. Auf Nachfrage gab es das gebuchte unterm Dach. Wenn die Tagestemperaturen über 32 klettern hält man es dort nur aus, wenn die Klimaanlage funktioniert. Das tat sie nur für 30 Minuten, dann stieg sie aus. An der Rezeption bot man uns alternativ einen Ventilator an. Der hilft dann leider auch nicht. Über Nacht die Dachfenster auflassen ist dann die einzige...

"Wir hatten bei Ankunft ein kleines Problem mit den Zimmern, es wurden statt drei DZ nur zwei DZ und ein EZ reserviert. Das Problem wurde unmittelbar und professionell gelöst. So stellt man sich guten Service vor! Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder buchen."

"We drove here for over 2 hours from Nuremberg arriving at 7:30 pm. Upon arrival, we found the place completely dark with locked doors and a sign that said geschlossen (closed). We received no notification from them ahead of time that they were closed and we had already paid in full. This was my worst nightmare. Being in a small village without any other alternatives. We had to drive another 1 1/2 hours to find another place to stay. "
