"Compact though well decorated and cozy With perfect location walkable to all of the major sites. Extremely close to the train station would say a 3 to 4 minute walk. Breakfast was average. Issues include the AC being inoperative however, a worker came to my room and attempted to troubleshoot and ultimately provided a fan which I greatly appreciated. Bed mattress was quite stiff/firm. Overall, a great stay and have they recommend if coming to Bern"

"They need air conditioning. All five nights, we couldn’t sleep well because it’s too warm. If no blanket then it chill, with blanket it’s hot. Again no air conditioning."

"The hotel is in a great location with plenty of parking space. Our room was cleaned every day, and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the breakfast staff were quite miserable and made us feel uncomfortable while we were helping ourselves, even though breakfast was included in our stay."

"Great hotel can get there from the train with a tram/bus or a brief walk 1km. Hotel was very modern and quiet. Breakfast had almost everything you would want. Will definitely visit again."
