"The hotel was good overall, but there is no daily room service. My wife and I had to call to get new towels and bedsheets and for garbage pickup(we had a 5 month old and we needed to dispose the used diapers). Another small thing we didn’t like was that there was no Netflix."

"My room was completely dusty and it was clear no one dusted in a while because the dust was thick on the lighting over the bedside table. I felt like they gave me a room for people who book through a 3rd party. Not a good first impression."

"This was the cleanest casino I’ve ever been to and the slots actually pay out! The hotel is just exceptional. The room was spacious and very clean. The price was great considering what you get. And the staff were kind, considerate, and very helpful. Thank you Shelly for your extreme hospitality! We will definitely be back. With much appreciation for a great time, The K’s from Michigan!"

"Our stay was four nights and we never received housekeeping services (We did not have a do not disturb sign on our door). We had to consistently ask for towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. While the hotel itself was well kept and very clean, our room was at the front of the building off of the Main Street which gave us first row seats to the people revving their engines and blaring their speakers all weekend long, late into the early morning. "What a fantastic hotel! It was raining, so we didn’t get to walk around much, so we stayed in the hotel for drinks and dinner. Both were wonderful!"

"The staff was lovely and very accommodating. The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. The beds were so comfortable that I wanted to take them home with me. We really enjoyed the bread pudding at the breakfast buffet, use of the pool, and it was so convenient having a Starbucks located inside. Would absolutely book again."

"The bathroom was nasty and there was hair all in my sink and the toilet seat was closed and when I lifted it, there was urine all over the toilet seat. I had to clean the sink and toilet with my Lysol wipes just to be able to use it for the night."
