"Our stay at lodge Matsuya in Nozawaonsen was great. The proprietors were very kind and will accommodat most requests. The property was very quiet in mid April, as most of the skier crowds are not around. There were only a couple other guests so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. "Our trip was fabulous. We highly recommend Haus St. Anton. I never write reviews but was compelled to after the wonderful service and treatment we received. When there weren’t any taxis available and we feared we would miss our train back to Tokyo, the owner, without hesitation, kindly offered to drive us and our 1-year-old to the station.
