"Clean rooms. Only drawback was limited parking within the property. However, parking available just outside the Hotel."

"Great stay"

"Alles bestens"

"Hotel was gorgeous and kept so nice, first impressions are great with a welcoming team and lovely reception area. We got upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise and the room was so nice! Really comfortable, spacious and modern. Pool area is good too!"

"Great stay! You have everything you need. I will return."

"The site advertises that they took pets, but they neglected to say that the only pets they take are dogs unless you look real deeply into the website. After we booked the hotel assuming they had allowed cats we tried to cancel our reservation, but they refused to let us do that and made us pay for the four days that we had booked regardless. There was no reason that they couldn’t refund our money. I understand that they said it was a non-refundable price but I think they could have made an...

"Clean, very good value for money. Parking is very good as is contactless booking in. Did not see any staff. Breakfast would have been a nice option. We arrived after a gig at 11am and left around 10am. Did exactly what it says. Have stayed here several times and always good."

"The Hotel overall is nice. It's 10-12 minutes from thr city centre and King's College. Unfortunately, the Hotel is under construction and the dining area was closed off. Breakfast is decent, but limited compared to something like the St. Ermins in Westchester District, London."

"The location is perfect and the hotel is quiet. It has great food and the staff is amazingly kind."

"Great staff: friendly and helpful. Very handy for the station. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, great blackout curtains and power sockets next to thd bed"

"Bar to expensive"

We checked in at approximately 2:30 pm, but after settling into our room, we were told late at night that we needed to change rooms. Additionally, there was no hot water, and early the following morning, lawn mowing outside disturbed us while we were still asleep. These issues meant we were unable to rest properly or enjoy our...

"Badezimmer mit toller Aussicht im 4. Stock, aber Badewanne ohne Brause."

"The staff were very helpful especially the manager who kindly arranged for us to change rooms as we are sensitive to road noise. However the hotel decor fixtures and fittings were tired and in need of refurbishment. Not what we expect at an Hotel du Vin having been regular customers in other hotels of this group around the country."
