The location is excellent, close enough to the city centre to walk everywhere but still quiet enough to feel relaxed. We were travelling with our 15-month-old and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the stay, which made a big difference. "I didnt like that we had to pay for parking I wasn't given information on wifi The fire alarm going off at 1am Children running round the corridor at 3.30am Even tho check out at 11am,the car had to be moved by 10am. Awful nights sleep Awful welcome,awful stay"

"The bed was far too small - I didn't get a decent night's sleep there due to that. There was a power socket on only one side of the bed - very inconvenient. The wi-fi was very good but very fiddly to connect to. We were charged to park there - this is just grasping. The single lift was glacially slow. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant apart from the woman on reception when we checked out - she was abrupt to the point of rudeness."

"You always know what you're going to get staying at an Ibis. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also in good order. General hot beverage station in the room and wardrobe space were adequate. The location is fairly good, just outside the train station, with a couple of amazing food trucks just outside for dinner options. You're a short walk or bus ride away from the main sights in the city."

"Disappointed there was no full service spa as in the hotels description. This is the reason why we booked this hotel. Hotel staff were nice. Gym was ok although the treadmill base I used had a layer of engrained sticky dust / gunk on it, as well as over the floor corners and window sills. Pool was ok."

"Clean and comfortable. Easy parking and close to IWM. Lift not working. No ice available. Only pizza available on the first night. Breakfast average. Road and rail noise. Very handy for The Red Lion pub which served delicious food."
