"front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Security is very excellent. I liked the restaurant; the food was up to a point and very delicious. The hotel parking was on point and very good accessibility to the hotel lobby. The surrounding area is very clean and the city of Gaborone by itself is very clean. We felt very safe and welcome. If coming back to Gaborone, I would definitely like to come to this place again. Hertz car rental is at the hotel vicinity."

"I had a mostly excellent stay at this centrally located hotel. The room was clean and the A/C worked well. The staff were super helpful, especially the concierge, who arranged some activities.
