"Room was not clean. Pet hair everywhere, carpet, bed sheets, bathroom floor etc"

"Changed rooms twice, unable to provide correct remote to watch TV in suite. Bathtub in suite was nasty and unable to drain water from shower properly. Bathroom door was stuck and I was unable to get out of bathroom until someone on the other side of the door pushed extremely hard to get me out. Husband killed red bugs in the bathtub. Asked to speak with manager before checking out and was told he left the premise but would give me a call when he returned. I never heard back from him."
