"I been traveling across Israel with my family and stayed in many hotel and this hotel is by far taking the crown in regards to customer service. The front desk manager has a Ritz Carleton mentality where he goes above and beyond to please his guests. We had some issues with the sleeping arrangements and he solved it in seconds.
