"Wij mochten 4 nachten verblijven in dit fantastische hotel. Kan er maar 1 woord voor vinden “uitmuntend’ Het personeel en niemand uitgezonderd zijn super vriendelijk. Als ik er dan even 2 mag benoemen zijn dat Belinda en Fahmi. Zij geven de bezoekers zoveel extra aandacht “top” Hiermee wil ik het andere personeel zeker niet te kort doen, want van de concierge , bewakers tot bediening ze waren allemaal even vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers zijn uitstekend. Ruim en van alle gemaken voorzien....

"We visited here for 6 day on a Month Long Trip and this was our favourite place in Bali/Indonesia. I would give the staff here 6 stars because 5 stars isn’t enough. Calvin, Riva, Peni, Kevin, Roy, Mel, and Nunda just to name a few of the great staff here wo take the time to get to know you. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The grounds and pool are amazing, golf was great, and the food was always fantastic. "

"Excellent room and services and excellent staff. Reception staff Tamara was very accommodative of our needs and she even arrange a car with driver for us for a 12 hour trip starting early morning. The staff at the restaurant and the roof top bar were excellent too and provided us our choice of food that were not in the menu. I highly recommend this hotel."
