"The room was clean and smelled nice. The room was a nice size w/2 queen beds. I would have liked to have an extra pillow on each bed. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were crisp and clean.Rick was nice on the phone and gave us a ground level room as we requested. I could not get anyone to answer the phone to confirm my reservation. I called 12 times. The Cisco Chamber of commerce helped me find their private phone # to confirm my reservation. "Great stay! My only concern is that the sheets have a strong (good) scent. This scent was enough to cause me to switch up my sleeping positions frequently as the scent was enough to keep me awake. This is a very small and niche scenario and overall did not effect my experience."
