"Room lovely and clean,bed very comfortable, I'd have liked a top sheet as I found the duvet too warm but no cover, too cold, if I'd been staying longer than just one night I'd have asked and I'm sure I would have been provided with one. Lovely breakfast,choice of cooked or continental. Plenty of tea and coffee provided. The shower was over the bath which could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. I used the leisure facilities and found it difficult to get into the Jacuzzi, a hand rail...

When you order a £35 pound ribeye a steak knife should be placed on the table Would have liked some ketchup, nobody to ask same for breakfast.disappointed that they don’t except cash . "Everything was fine, friendly, helpful staff, good room, well fur is her. Only a few niggles - a pancake shower is not user friendly for a Quick shower, no USB sockets in the room, room service after 9pm was rather limited."

"Lovely property. Front desk staff very helpful. Requested housecoats and slippers, slippers never came, housecoats was the rattiest thing I have seen, would fit a child and both had no ties. I stayed two days and they never vacuumed my room and there was a spider on the ceiling and a huge cobweb in the window that I cleaned. "Lovely, character-filled coaching inn. Room was clean with delightful toiletries and in-room coffee/tea options, and quiet. Bed was an utter delight. Really comfy. Included breakfast was good, and I also had a delicious dinner. Drinks could be enjoyed in the courtyard or bar. Quite lovely. The staff was great. Everyone was helpful and professional. There is no air-conditioning, but a fan was provided."

"I booked through Expedia and didn't realise that even though it says the hotel has air con. That is only if you book a room with air con. Standard rooms don't have it. Our first roo. Had a meagre fan and smelt bad. However the staff were great and moved us to a room with air con and we were lucky as it was the last one! But the bathroom was not clean.
