"The room was disgusting, like a seedy motel in the rooms with broken windows, stained carpets and walls, the beds were over 10 years old (looked at the date on the mattresses) googled the beds they should only be used for 5 years and 7 years max with proper cleaning facilities which I am positive this place did not have. "The room we stayed in was far too hot. Even though we had the window open, the temperature control set to 16°C and the fan on, it was very uncomfortable. We found it difficult to sleep. We also spent as short a time as possible in our room. We were disappointed with the food available. The website advertised a Market Menu, which wasn't available. "The overall presentation was acceptable, the interior of the room and hotel was good, however the air con did not work, so the hotel filled the room with fans and non effective mobile aircon. The windows were filthy and as we had access to an external courtyard, the cobwebs were off putting. Overall the hotel presented as s 3 star property and was a dissapointment for the chain as we have frequented many other locations if indigo."
