"Had to change room due to faulty electrics. Our original room was the smallest room I've ever seen for a twin. At the end of the day it's an easyhotel so you get what you pay for. Staff lady was very helpful."

The main gripe I had was how scandalous it is to charge almost £10 for parking per day on top of the room fee- it’s off a busy A road, it’s not in a town centre. However just a few things that I’d like to touch on, our bed was dirty, the duvet had a urine stain on it, the hot tub was filthy and had a hose pipe that my partner nearly tripped up on and had to move to a secure place out of harms way. "Lovely old building and staff were amazing. So friendly. Breakfast was also really lovely. However it was soooo hot in our room. Unbearable in fact. Not the hotels fault and they did provide fans. But the windows barely opened and the fans only circulated hot air. Maybe just stay in the winter!"

"Lovely stay. Gorgeous air-conditioned hotel in crazy UK temperatures! Comfy beds, clean rooms, really quiet - well insulated so no noise from people in corridors or slamming doors, blissful! Good shower. Great pool that didn't require booking or limited slots. Really nice bar and restaurant with excellent service and tasty food. Thank you for our stay - we'll be back."

"Welcoming helpful staff. Late-Afternoon meal needed re-cooking after not being cooked to requested quality. On return to hotel after a theatre show, found the bar already closing at 22:20 - rather early. Room was basic but clean enough. Bathroom radiator was very tatty, spoiling otherwise clean bathroom."
