"Great place!! There were some renovations and building happening during my stay but it was still quite nice, comfortable, rooms were super clean and cozy. Staff were super hospitable! The only issue was the drainage in the bathroom, the floor isn’t on a tilt so the water stayed level and wouldnt go to the drain properly. But everything else was 10/10"

"The pictures posted at Hotels.com is totally different from the real or actual picture of the resort. The bridge is collapsed, no water in the swimming pool, no power or electricity, no backup power, limited food, rooms not well maintained, rooms not safe, jacuzzi is rusted, overall rate: worst hotel or resort. "The property, as described is a bit far from the hustle and bustle of Gen Luna. I enjoyed the quiet time and how accessible it still is from everywhere. Breakfast was ok, I was expecting something more as I read from the reviews. Room was spacious for 2 pax and it also has a balcony overlooking the ocean.
