Housekeeping failed to miss this when cleaning the room. Stayed in a cosy double which had a full length mirror, I’ve stayed in many of the rooms at Oatlands and even some of the more expensive rooms don’t have full length mirrors which I find odd. Curtains hanging off the rail - this is so easy to sort I fail to see why these things aren’t sorted promptly and plug in the bathroom sink was broken. I stay for the convenience for work and most of the time it just hits the mark - this time was just a below standard really. "
