"From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional warmth and hospitality of the entire staff. From the front desk team to the housekeeping staff and restaurant servers, everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and gracious, making our stay exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable. The dining experience was equally impressive. Every dish was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. We were particularly pleased to learn that the restaurant makes extensive use of locally...

"While we only stayed overnight in Zurich, the hotel Ruby was an excellent choice. The location is steps from the train station and close to all must see downtown walking tour locations. Check-in was so easy and staff in reception were very friendly and accommodating. The room and on-site amenities were nicely appointed, high tech and eco friendly. It's cool having a Marshall amp in your room in you want to have a quick shed! Thank you for making our stay in Zurich a pleasant one. We wouldn't...

"Convenient for airport. Tram stop right outside the door and only 2 stops. Breakfast good. Staff could have been more helpful. Very basic accomodation"

"Peaceful location with a comfy bed. Nice cool room"

"Everything was great"

"Not what I was expecting Nice location though"

"It was great that hotel was beside train station and very quiet . Could not hear the trains from inside hotel"

"Lovely spa Very nice breakfast Excellent service"

"An excellent place to stay, with a good breakfast and a convenient location near the train station—just seven minutes from the airport. I’ll gladly stay here again."

"The room was a small cell! The hair dryer was a toy. The mini refrigerator was on an angle since the cord couldn’t reach the wall otherwise. But the biggest issue was the A/C didn’t work and the room was uncomfortably hot— and although the window opened it was really really noisy outside late into the night."

"Hotel provides no housekeeping services. If you want new towels, you need to bring your old ones to the front desk for an exchange. Breakfast buffet is ok."

"The property is a beautiful hotel with the best view of the front lawn with the Jungfrau as a picturesque view in front. The staff and accommodations definitely warrant the 5 star rating."
