"We had a family room, beds were comfy. Good sized room with lovely window to let in the breeze. Easy to find and park. Great if you wish a 20 min drive from legoland as we did. Kitchen well equipped. It was like a little home..the only downside was not knowing before the booking that the onsite pool was only open for 3 hours a day. However we loved our stay anyway. I would say its a great place for familys. Lots of space outside"

"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...

"There are a few discrepancies between the listing on Expedia and the actual resort. The front desk closed at 6, not at 7 as listed on Expedia. But because of this, I was able to meet Sebastian. He was professional, funny, and most helpful. He made my stay much better. His girlfriend is lucky to have him, and the princess of Denmark would be lucky to have him for a boyfriend, as well!"
