The room is spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and responsive. The overall experience is very positive as always. "

"My stay was excellent and I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting approximately from everything. One downside is breakfast ends at 10:30 which is normal. I got there at 10:10-10:15 and one of the staff did not like it and mentioned that it is now 10:30 which was not and even if, I already came before. "

"What a fantastic hotel! Upon arrival, they took our bags and rather than queueing they led us to a seat, gave us cold water and a cold compress. We stayed on the 58th floor and we Paid for for the lounge access which I think is well worth it. Rooms were spacious, had a seperate lounge area, huge bathroom with a bath and shower.
