Now USA.. ain’t no washcloths so bring ya own.. otherwise the staff was great and they did let me stay until 1:30pm for free.. only reason you shouldn’t walk is if you don’t want to bust a sweat otherwise.. save your baht"

"Huge property with a great kids club that’s ideal for families. However it’s far from restaurants and the food in the resort is very average. Premises are old but clean, staff are friendly and helpful but don’t communicate well in English resulting in a few misunderstandings. Housekeeping takes a long time to come around and most days our room wasn’t cleaned til mid afternoon. It feels like this hotel is so big it struggles to be managed properly. Tolerating it for the kids club and activities but definitely on my own I wouldn’t return."

"Had to take a bus to the beach. Went for dinner at associated restaurant but needed a reservation and nobody told us so then had to wait an hour for the bus back. Generally an ok hotel but ordered coffee three times at breakfast and received none. Stood and waited for an omelette that they gave to someone else. An ok stay. Not a stunning location. Pool in room was freezing. Main pool is nice and we had nice drinks and snacks there. Staff not unfriendly but not bothered. "

"Breakfast buffet amazing and a must do. Various happy hours through the property. Delicious drinks and food. Onsite restaurant a little pricey compared to outside restaurants. Our first room had a foul smell, had to switch rooms then was wonderful!! A little far from other areas but perfect for a peaceful quiet experience."

"Overall a great stay but a few problems with the room eg lights, AC, power points. Staff were excellent. Sometimes difficult to get a spot around the pool. Good location but not good value for money. "
