However it was quite difficult to make a reservation for an airport shuttle and a more enhanced safeguarding protocols for the kids club would make this an excellent stay (buzzer to contact parents, listing allergies during kids club registration etc). The rooms were a little tired but for the price it was fine. There were some room renovations so upgrading is ongoing. The ‘kids eat free’ makes this a very affordable stay and the quality of food...

"Staff were super friendly, everytime you walk by reception they ll all shout out - morning or something friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Room was lovely, bed was huge and comfy. The swimming pool and the whole Laguna area makes you feel like top class tourists. So convenient with restaurants beside, can go to boat Avenue for .50 baht tuk tuk organised for you or can walk only 15 mins. Great massages places outside Laguna, beach right beside. "Beautiful resort great location opposite beach I have stayed here 4 times now on my way home it’s 10 minutes to airport the only thing was the breakfast wasn’t that good eggs are pre cooked so there cold but everything else regarding the resort was wonderful "

"Staff and hotel were very accommodating. My issue with the amenities is with Orbitz/Expedia not updating their own website. No shuttle. No pool. Owner said they informed you. This was particularly disappointing b/c my wife was in a foreign country, arrived first, and had to ride with a stranger which is why I chose a hotel that had a shuttle. "
