"Thé staff are the best assets of this hotel. They were very helpful when I had to check out and check back in as my husband was in hospital and I didn’t know from day to day if he would be discharged. Particular mention to Liam and Jess although others were helpful too but I didn’t get there names. "

"My wife and I liked the very friendly treatment by the manageress and the location of the accommodation in a natural setting. We did not like the omission by the booking agent "expedia" to advise that a fee of $16.68 will have to be paid to the bank for transferring AU$ into a foreign currency. "

"We had a fantastic experience at Mercure Rouse Hill. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and welcoming. The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the convenience of the location. It’s close to everything we needed, with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and easy access to local attractions. "We stayed here for a couple of nights after flying in from the UK and just needed somewhere to get over the jet lag away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We stayed in the little lakeside cabin and it was perfect for our needs. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and great shower!"
