"When I arrived at this property the owner finally answered the door, she said she had no knowledge of my booking. Finally I had to email her a copy of my confirmation. This wasn't made any easier by her statement that "she spoke no English" - the website clearly states multilingual staff. (In fact it later became clear she did speak English). The 'living-room' is actually set out as a shop and did not feel welcoming - I was not invited to use it anyway. The only restaurant in Salives was unable...

"We've stayed here on multiple occasions with our dog. It's very clean, with friendly staff, and a great location for a 1 night stopoff driving through France. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that they don't have signs in front of the electric charging points asking people to move their cars after they've been charged. I know the staff can't do much, but the same cars were parked in the 2 bays for more than 12 hours straight, which meant we had to leave earlier than planned to charge in another...

"Das Hotel ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer war aber sauber und ordentlich Die Lage direkt am Einkaufszentrum und der kostenlose Parkplatz sind sehr praktisch. Der Pool ist ok für eine Erfrischung nach einer langen Autofahrt. Das Restaurant und die Bar haben wir nicht genutzt."

"Perfecte overnachting voor een doorreis naar Zuid-Frankrijk! Erg nette kamer, ontbijt was top en een afgesloten parkeerplaats was ook erg prettig met een dakkoffer. Voor de kids (baby en kind van 2 jaar) ook ideaal dat je meteen bij het hotel op het plein voorzieningen hebt om te eten en voor vermaak zodat je niet weer weg hoeft met de auto! Zeker een aanrader dus!"
