"Very good location right in the nature away from the city"

"A little dissapointed with our stay to be honest. The room was a little dated and decor was dissapointing. WIFI was absolutely terrible in the Guesthouse building out room was in. There is not much in terms of dining options around. The restaurant was closed for the 2 nights we stayed, 1st night due to family party and 2nd night closed. Something we were completely unaware of before our stay and we had planned to eat there, knowing beforehand of the limited choices. This meant we struggled in terms of alternative dining options. Under the circumstances I was quite dissapointed that they failed to inform us of this prior to our stay. Breakfast was a positive which reasonably good selection of quality produce and eggs cooked freshly for you."

"I didn't have a pet with me but I saw other customers that did. They do welcome pets. The breakfast was good! 2 types of bread, ham, Swiss cheese, orange juice, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, assorted condiments, and excellent espresso, coffee, or cappuccino. The only constructive criticism I offer is I wish there was an in room Keurig or kettle for evening herbal tea. Also a vending machine in the lobby would be nice for late night snacks. We stayed in a tiny house and it was quiet and private. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Trier area. "

"The rooms are very very very dated and the photos on website does not reflect the actual state due to clever photography. I booked 3 rooms for buinsness and one of the rooms was not cleaned. It was changed for another room but that room did not have hot water. Reception was locked when we got back and you only could get the tea and coffee for the room from reception. The kettle in one of the rooms did not work very well and I had to fiddle with it to make it work. After a long day of travelling this was not what me and my colleagues expected. I hope this feedback helps the property improve its quality. "
