"What a lovely area! The hotel is well placed to explore the beaches and hill nearby. We caught the bus 420 from Tromso which was scenic. All but one members of staff were great and really helpful and friendly (BUT when we arrived, the woman at reception was very unfriendly and rude). Excellent breakfast. Nice rooms."

"A great, modern hotel with a bit of personality and some great design features. Our room was close to the bridge so busy with people walking past but if you look past that the views of the mountains were great. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge choice and a barrister making coffees. The location of the hotel is very handy, close to buses but also on the trendy side of the harbour with good restaurants nearby."

"I want to start by saying that the staff at this hotel are lovely and the hotel is situated in a very good location. However, our TV stopped working on the third night of our stay and some of the power sockets in the room also stopped working. We immediately reported this to the front desk, where we were told that it was likely due to the snow and it would be okay in the morning.
