"De kamer, het bed en de badkamer waren prima voor 1 persoon. Het bed zou voor 2 personen zeer krap zijn geweest. Het was fijn geweest om na een lange dag op de kamer een kop thee te kunnen maken, maar nee. Je hebt niks op de kamer om koffie of thee te maken. Dat moet allemaal aan de balie gekocht worden."

"Prima kamer, voorzien van verduisteringsgordijnen. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Vriendelijke personeel. Er is een restaurant in het hotel maar ook in de bar kun je eten bestellen. Goed locatie om Sommaroy te verkennen."

"We checked in to our room. Thought it was a shame it looked over the back ( not facing the harbour) but when I spoke to reception they moved us. A great room with all facilities and clean. Views over the harbour were brilliant and general location was 10/10"

"Clean and very quiet room. Small parking lot and have to pay for parking but convenient if there is a spot available. Close to airport. Snacks available in the bar area which was nice."

"This is a budget hotel. If you want a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom, then it’s for you. If you want space and luxury, then it’s not. We’re the kind of travellers who just need a bed , a bathroom and a good breakfast (if possible), so the Smarthotel suited us very well. The buffet breakfast offered plenty of choice and was good value and the property was centrally located, and convenient for many of the sites, bars, restaurants and also buses. "The one-bedroomed apartment with sea view we rented was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen was more than adequately equipped and the fan quickly removed any food smells. We loved the location of the apartment. We not only had an exceptional view across the water, but we were also very close to bus stops (and the bus system in Tromsø is very inexpensive and efficient), the downtown area. A large grocery store, small but diverse shopping mall and Ølhallen, Tromsø’s oldest pub and historic...

"Fijne kamer alleen het bed lag door, waardoor slapen minder prettig was. Het ontbijt en diner waren lekker! Zeker gezien prijs-kwaliteit! 24/7 koffie/thee. En tussendoor lekkere cake. Centrale ligging van het hotel is fijn. Geen parkeergelegenheid, maar wel in de parkeergarage 'Fjellet'. Als je in hal 5 staat ben je aardig dichtbij! Parkeren is duur maar dat weet je als je naar Tromso gaat 😉"
