"Frühstück, Fika, Abendessen war inbegriffen und gut. Lage top und unschlagbar. Zimmer mit MB lohnt den Aufpreis. Insofern Preis-/Leistung ggü. vielen anderen Unterkünften in Tromsö immer noch gut. Deluxe-Zimmer war allerdings sehr abgewohnt, Sessel tlw. zerschlissen. Hier wäre mal eine Renovierung dringend erforderlich. Roomservice kommt auch hier in der Regel nur auf Verlangen, Handtücher wurden zwischendurch jedoch unaufgefordert gewechselt."

"A brilliant welcome on our arrival, staff are caring and engaged.
The hotel is located in the heart of Tromso, close to shopping, attractions and bus routes.
A laid back, unhurried experience.
Buffet menu for breakfast and evening meal was included in our price with afternoon tea thrown in, which is fantastic if you're on a tight budget.
Cannot praise the staff highly enough, definitely recommended.
The hotel is easily accessible for wheelchair users and is also pet friendly.

"The laundry service was very popular that we have no chance to use it. Have to improve the facility efficiency so that more customers can enjoy the service. But, the location of hotel is really very convenient. The cleaning will be made every 4 nights stay, if it can be change to every 3 nights or even 2 nights, it would be much much better."

"This tour was AMAZING!! We started by walking a couple of bigger dogs (which was hard so be ready to get pulled!) Then we got to hang out with puppies! After, we were served tea and a lovely lunch. It was such a great experience!"

"La camera era piccola, ma pulita e funzionale. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione varia: molta scelta sul salato, qualche opzione in meno sui dolci, ma comunque soddisfacente. Rapporto qualità/prezzo/posizione assolutamente buono!!"

"Beautiful place by the fjords.
Blessed to see the northern lights both nights that we were there by just stepping outside the hotel restaurant and out at our cabin balcony. Absolutely amazing and hassle free.
Restaurant offered nice meals.
We were 9 traveling together. 6 of us stayed at a beautiful cabin and 3 at the hotel.
Staff very nice and helpful. Manager very kindly offered help to my daughter when my granddaughter needed medical attention. He drove them to the medical facility,...
