"The staff was very pleasant, that's the only positive. This hotel should be totally demolish and rebuild. The rooms are outdated, the walls were so thin and the cieling being high made it seem the guest in the other rooms were talking to you. There was a event close by, were when the music was playing it was vibrating the whole room..many of the guest had to vacate that day as it was too much to deal. The hotel did not inform guests of the disturbance prior to booking."

"Front desk charged me an extra $30 USD for my husband. After paying he asked which way we should go to find the room she said I'm talking to her since she is the one rented the room. That was so rude and disrespectful I couldn't even react I was so in shock. Very ignorant and rude of her first time in Trinidad and that is one experience I won't forget. Now I see what my husband was talking about."
