"Amazing views! Only that is enough. They complement it with great facilities, comfortable room. Awesome food with exceptional dinner dishes and great breakfast buffet. The swimming pool is great completed by saunas and spa paid service"

"We had the best time at Hotel Lago Grey - the staff were extremely helpful and it is set up to help you get the most out of your trip with the least amount of effort required. I only gave it 4 stars because whilst the view from the room is out of this world - some basic amenities like a kettle and provision of water were missing, and there was only one restaurant and menu of food options to choose from. However, the staff were super responsive and went out of the way to really help you. They...

"This was a beautiful property with a gorgeous lake and mountain view. Nice restaurant with a good buffet breakfast and tasty food on the menu for lunch or dinner. The sore point of our stay was at the very start we had a terrible encounter with one of the front desk staff- Yelkna. We were 8 persons (2kids) in 3 rooms and her tone was very abrasive and unnecessarily rude. Some of us only had e-copies of our PDI forms which we were able to email to the hotel but she still treated us harshly....

"No funcionaba el restaurante salvo para desayuno y para comida o cena solo el día que llegamos y el lunes, el desayuno con oportunidades ya que era poco variado y solo desayuno frio. La salida de la recepción con mucho lodo y charcos de agua, creo que mínimo deberían de colocar graba para mejorar. La atención en el restaurante mala, al mesero le encanta el teléfono en lugar de trabajar. El diseño de las ventanas del restaurante mala, porque a pesar de tener vista muy linda hacia el fiordo,...

"Breakfast was ok, plenty of bread and various sweet spreads, scrambled egg was brought out in a china bowl and left on the side so got cold quickly. There was a yoghurt and fruit option but I would say the breakfast was very basic and not the greatest quality."

"The place was perfect for what we needed. A quiet place to sleep for a night and close enough to Torres del Paine NP, we could return early in the morning. The room felt cold, but the warm comfy bed and blankets kept us warm at night. We slept well! The breakfast was more than enough and the staff was nice."

"Todo en explora es excelente. Habitacion, limpieza, personsl, spa. Me encantó el jacuzzi exterior"

"Superb location, accommodation and great staff"

"Amazing place in the entrance of the National Park, very comfortable room and a fantastic buffet style dinner in a beautiful, wood dinner room."

"The hotel has a wonderful location and the building has a historical feel."

"My brother and me stayed in this hotel before and after hiking in Torres del Paine. The architecture and interior are modern and frankly impressive. The staff is amazing: very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The food was good, especially after coming back after 5 days of hiking. I hope I have opportunity to stay here again."

"The staff was very nice and helpfull, really helped me with everything I needed. the location is near of everything, 15min from bus station, near from market and reastaurants, wi-fi was good, the rrom was clean, the bathroom is good and hot shower, the bed was very confortable, the breakfast was good, with eggs, and the lunch box was nice too."

"Small property, views were good but location is slightly out of town."
