This hotel is amazing. It’s the best 5 star we have stayed at. The hotel staff are so welcoming and always there to help you. The views are just incredible, we booked a panoramic room and it was definitely worth it. The pools are lovely and the restaurants excellent. The breakfast has everything you could possibly want! Everything is excellent quality and is a lot more reasonably priced than a five star in the UK.

Red roses,champagne,duvet folded in shape of heart with rose petals arranged around it...unexpected for our wedding anniversary. View from our window was of river, castle, and old town. Perfect room in everyway. All the staff were friendly and helpful in everyway. Could not fault hotel in anyway. Best hotel we have ever stayed in on our travels over the years

I stayed at the Hyperion during a last minute trip to Salzburg. The hotel is beautiful and the staff amazingly attentive. It is in a brilliant location- across the road from Mirabell palace and gardens and approximately a 10 minute stroll through the gardens and over the footbridge to reach the old town. Nice Hotel, good food, nice view

Great clean property, good views from the terrace, chilled vibe. We had the 3 bed apartment and there was a huge amount of space we Didn't want for anything in what was included. Free bikes to borrow.

From the moment we arrived until the time we left,Roland was the perfect host.The service from every member of staff was excellent-efficient but also friendly.The food was first class but there are also numerous cafes and restaurants within a five minute walk.The location on the lake was perfect.We could not fault the hotel in any way.

The room was clean and well presented, lots of space, I stayed in the double classic and the beds were very comfy. The staff were always happy to help with questions and worked with a smile and nothing was too much. We arrived back late hungry after an event and they even cooked us a snack. A second visit to the Blaue Gans - our 'go to' hotel when in Salzburg. A direct bus line from the airport drops you right outside the door - and your then based within an easy walk of all the main attractions in the old town. We arrived at Hotel Sallerhof to snow, quite magical ! The hotel is located in Grodig which is about a 20 minute bus journey into Salzburg an ideal location if you want somewhere quiet and away from the busy city in a beautiful area. The accommodation was excellent and very clean, the hotel staff who speak English are very helpful and provided leaflets informing us of various tours in the area, bus service etc. We could not fault the breakfast which was very varied, usually cereals, cold meats...
