Asked them to fix it but they did not. Checked out after first night and booked another hotel with heated rooms. The hotel refused to refund two nights even though they did not provide the service we paid for. The room was outdated, too. Stay away from this place, there are plenty of nice hotels there for better...

"Very nice hotel, great location. Breakfast was good, my room had a functioning balcony with a view of the Zugspitze. The only drawback was their pullout couch was not large enough for my 60 pound daughter she had to sleep in the fetal position. "
