"⭐ 1 Star – Disgusting Conditions & Requesting Refund I had a very concerning experience at this hotel and am requesting a full refund. At first, the room didn’t look obviously dirty, but there was a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in. After spending time in the room, I started experiencing intense itching and what felt like pin-needle bites all over my body. Even after leaving, the symptoms continued, and I’ve had to seek medical attention to figure out what I was exposed to—likely from the mattress or room. Looking more closely, the condition of the room was unacceptable: Cracked and damaged ceiling Rust and grime on bathroom fixtures Stained, deteriorating walls Dirty microwave with food residue still inside This is not just about cleanliness—it’s a serious health concern. I did not receive the quality or safety I paid for. I have requested a refund due to these conditions and the impact this stay has had on my health. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until these issues are properly addressed. "

"The pool was very crowded and lots of kids being bullies to others and stealing their water toys."

"The only thing I can say is that if you are not going to be there to check in by 3 you need to call to be sure they do not give they room away that you paid for in advance. You may not get the room you requested and they will try to charge you more for an upgrade."
