"Positives- good communication and good quality of information about check in, access and parking. Great location with easy walking access to riverside and city centre. Effective plug in fan (no air conditioning). Downsides - poor shower (useless showerhead and water over floor). Noisy, could hear traffic even with window closed overnight. Had to have the fan on most of the time as room was hot."

"We did not realise this hotel is a self check-in upon booking. This was not a problem though, and we were assisted by another guest who was familiar with the process. However, when we opted to pay for breakfast during the check-in process we were also charged for the accommodation again! This was confirmed when I enquired about it to a staff member who was on reception in the evening. This has reduced our travelling funds and is now a hassle to get refunded. We have been disappointed in the lack of response from our email request to arrange a refund. Parking was very convenient and we had an excellent meal at the restaurant next door."
