"It was easy to book transfer from airport since we were getting there late. The hotel is in a small alley, and they guide us in from our taxi. The instruction were very clear. The room was good with a small balcony, letting the light goes in the room. Beer was cold and cheap. The breakfast was in another building very close. You can order eggs or soup. Overall very good for Hanoi. The hotel is not in the old quarters but I found this to be a better place since the alley around are very nice."

The rooms we had were beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful and helped us arrange amazing transportation back to the airport. They arranged the cruise for us to ha long bay and while we were there kept our extra luggage we couldn’t bring with us. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. "
