"The house is nice designed and keep clean. However the wc in first floor was broken, there was no toilet seat on. It should be fixed or notified before we checked in. The worst part is we could get hold of owner till we contacted hotel.com with the check in guidance. The owner only replied our message a few hours before their FIXED check in time, to give us the location of the key. "

We had a very early morning checkout the next day at 4 am and the kind lady at the desk made sure we had the shuttle to take us back to the parking area and it definitely arrived on time in the pitch dark of the night to take us there! "We had the hotel to ourselves for the 2 nights we stayed at L’Ermitage, so our experience was extra special and the service incredibly intimate. Other travelers shouldn’t reasonably expect the same level of service, but you can rest assured that you will be well cared for and comfortable. My only caveat is the WiFi.
