"A nice hotel situated by the river bank. Parking is ample but arrangement and instruction from the staff is confusing. The hotel is like a maze and difficult to navigate initially. Got insurance, the entrance from the car park is on ground level but the reception is one level down. Bedrooms are in a different wing and two levels above the reception. "Stayed here a few times. Nice rooms, very convenient as near regular buses/trams but also short work into town centre and old town (10/20 mins). Good breakfast and good service."

The hotel just lacked a bar/somewhere to have a coffee. I imagine, in summer season it would be a very nice destination. We used the local train from Ostróda which was easy to navigate. "
