It did not work (unless you wanted a/c only) the heat would not come on and the thermostat was complicated. Front desk staff did not know how to work the new thermostat. They were very kind and apologized. I just wish the hotel had made an attempt at training their staff before subjecting the guests to this new system. "

"Room was clean, hotel was quiet, and when I checked out, I realized hours later I'd left my power brink in the hotel room. The housekeeping staff had turned it in and I was able to get it back. Thank you for your honesty! "

"The tv did not work (turned on and there was volume but no picture) and the refrigerator was off when we arrived. The room temperature was decent but anytime we walked out to our car we had to pass a smoking area, which was disgusting. "
