"They advertise a king sized bed - and charge additionally. There is no king sized bed. It’s 2 twins pushed together. It’s not even secured. I fell into the wedge. When I went to discuss with the staff about the room we booked - they showed me a room with a leak in the ceiling as a replacement. Incredibly rude staff.
