"The staff was friendly. Check in and out was easy. However. Our room was NOT clean at all. The microwave was disgusting, the fridge was dirty. The beds had hair in them and there were someone's dirty socks left behind. The breakfast was a 0☆ as it was watered down orange juice, waffles and snack cakes."

"100% this is Expedias fault. I had a confirmation number for my stay. When I arrived the Hotel had no information in regards to my stay. They were at capacity and I had no choice but to leave. Driving home 4 + hours in the middle of the night. Thanks Expedia for the terrible experience. I will never use the services again. I will specifically through IHG going forward. Bianca, thank you for your help. This is not on IHG. This is a cluster by Expedia."

"The prices are unreasonably high for how poorly maintained this place is. The ceilings had mold, the mattresses were very uncomfortable, the toilet would barely flush and was dirty, the water faucets were filthy, and the bathtub was disgusting. Overall, the property is in very poor condition and does not justify the price they charge. I would not recommend staying here"

"I was welcomed by a super nice courteous young man with a personality at the main desk. He was great with check in and super helpful with any questions I had. Offered to put me in a regular room first floor which was nice as I had lots of gear to carry in. At check out 2 days later I had a young woman that was equally nice."
