"We got to the hotel at midday. The staff at the reception was super helpful. I was only wondering if we can use the pool before check-in - travelling with two young kids. The staff (sorry I didn't ask her name) kindly let us check-in to our room early. The outdoor area is super chill. The pool was enough for kids to play. "The stay was great, my only concern was with Expedia, I booked a room with full breakfast, then moved the day on one day, Expedia changed the date and I paid the difference, what didn’t tell me was the booking now didn’t include breakfast!! "Lovely property. Front desk staff very helpful. Requested housecoats and slippers, slippers never came, housecoats was the rattiest thing I have seen, would fit a child and both had no ties. I stayed two days and they never vacuumed my room and there was a spider on the ceiling and a huge cobweb in the window that I cleaned. "Hotel is very clean. The building its very beautiful, and there are options to choose the rooms. Restaurant is lovely too. Very good location with sightseeing. Downside is the wall is a bit thin, but this is quite common in most hotels. Would definitely recommend to anyone."

"We had a ground floor room with patio which was perfect for our dog. First day our room had not been serviced, but next 2 days it was all fine.
