"Clean and comfortable room, heat and hot water works well as I visit this hotel during winter, friendly hotel staff help us arrange one-day trip in Tianshan and the second day very early morning hotel pick-up to airport. Breakfast is great with Chinese and Western style cuisine. Hotel locates downtown Urumuqi with a big shopping mall just cross hotel parking lot. Overall I am satisfied with my 3-day staying at this hotel."

"宿に到着したが、予約の部屋はキャンセルされており、ホテルは満室との事でした。代替えのホテルを探させたが5星のホテルを紹介する始末。文句を言ったが全くとりつく島がなく、ホテルには責任がないとの一点張りで、呆れて次の日にウルムチをでました、そのくせホテル代は口座より引かれている始末でした。"

"Das Hotel hat keine Zulassung für ausländische Gäste, daher ist jede Buchung sinnlos.
Trotz Bestätigung der Reservierung konnte ich kein Zimmer beziehen, ich musste ein anderes Hotel finden.
Das Hotel hat auf Expedia.de nichts zu suchen.
